Angel 501

This project is a 240 m² combined residence created by merging two separate apartments (90 m² + 150 m²) into one fully redesigned home-office living space. The entire layout was re-engineered: internal walls were removed, structure was reinforced, and all MEP systems were relocated to achieve a completely new spatial configuration.

The apartment includes two master bedrooms, a dedicated meeting room, and a private presentation lounge, along with an open main kitchen + secondary service kitchen and two hidden laundry zones. The unit also contains three fully equipped bathrooms + a separate guest WC, all planned for logical circulation and privacy.

A 20 m² custom terrace was added by extending the space inward from the original façade, turning unused exterior depth into functional square meters. Access to the terrace is available from every major zone: living area + both master suites. A custom-engineered accordion shutter system was designed to control privacy and climate, while maintaining flexibility of space.

Material and mood were carefully curated: a palette of beige stone, warm wood, and deep brown accents shapes a calm yet powerful atmosphere. Ceiling compositions combine wood panels and mirror inserts to visually expand the interior. Three lighting scenarios were designed for full flexibility — daylight white, warm ambient, and soft presentation mode. The space is fully smart automated (lights, curtains, climate scenes), and every element down to joinery and furnishings is fully customized.

Every centimeter of this project was designed with intention — precise, functional, and beautifully engineered.
