At the heart of Golsar Boulevard , one of Rasht’s most vibrant arteries , Reform 115 stands as a contemporary reinterpretation of a forgotten structure. Once an aging building, it has been entirely reimagined and rebuilt to express a new architectural identity one that resonates with the rhythm of the city of rain. The project explores the dialogue between stone and glass, between permanence and transparency. Through this contrast, the building establishes a branded environment that reflects balance and coherence while embracing the essence of openness. The natural light, the reflective surfaces, and the sense of renewal together define a space where modernity and memory coexist, transforming Reform 115 into more than architecture , into a statement of rebirth.

Interior & Architectural Concept
Reform 115 transforms a timeworn shell into a coherent, branded environment. The façade choreographs stone and glass to balance durability with transparency on Rasht’s main boulevard. Inside, Natural light and open sightlines connect street, mezzanine, upper floors, and roof, aligning commercial clarity with a warm public presence.
Project Challenges & Construction Approach
To preserve the ground-level commercial units beneath the main structure, the new intervention introduced a series of enclosed zones projecting from the façade. These extensions were designed with steel surface panels that prevent debris from falling onto the pedestrian walkway below, ensuring safety and cleanliness along the boulevard. A two-meter cantilevered beam system supports this layer, wrapped with lightweight walls and concealed by full-height curtains to maintain visual continuity. The result is a façade that feels complete and composed, merging practicality with architectural refinement.
